Welkom bij Molure een online platform dat professionals in de beautybranche met elkaar verbindt klanten op zoek naar diensten. Door toegang te krijgen tot of gebruik te maken van onze website en diensten, u stemt ermee in gebonden te zijn aan de volgende voorwaarden.

It's important that you read and fully understand these terms before using our website. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use our website. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of any updates or modifications through our platform. It is important that you check back regularly to stay informed of any changes made.

Our website provides a convenient and easy way for customers to discover and book beauty services from a variety of professionals, and for professionals to connect with customers and grow their business. By using our platform, you agree to follow the terms and conditions outlined below, which govern your use of our website and services.

Eligibility section:

Our platform is intended for use by professional beauty providers who have the appropriate qualifications and certifications to perform the services they offer. To use our website, professionals must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be able to legally providebeauty services(s) in the Netherlands and hava a COC and VAT number
  • Have the appropriate insurance coverage
  • Provide services that fall under minimum one of the following categories:
    • Hair
    • Make up
    • Eyelashes
    • Eyebrows
    • Nails
    • Face Treatments
    • Body Treatments
    • Hair Removal
  • Provide documentation of the registration in chamber of e-commerce
  • Provide examples of past work that satisfy Mollure’s quality and professional standards

By using our platform and creating a profile, you are representing that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you will continue to comply with them throughout your use of our website.

We reserve the right to verify the qualifications and certifications of any professional using our platform, and to remove a professional from the platform if they do not meet the eligibility requirements or are found to be providing services without the appropriate qualifications or certifications.

Beauty providers’ responsibilities:

As a professional beauty provider using our platform, you are responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality services in accordance with industry standards and the terms of service
  • Keeping your availability calendar up-to-date to ensure that customers can book appointments with you at a time that is convenient for both parties
  • Being on time for scheduled appointments
  • Giving enough notice when changing, rescheduling or cancellinga booking, so that the customer can make alternative arrangements
  • Complying with all local laws and regulations related to your services
  • Protecting the personal information of customers
  • Only using customer information for the service provided and not sharing or using it for other reasons.
  • By using our platform, you agree to provide services in a professional and responsible manner and to comply with these responsibilities. We reserve the right to remove a professional from the platform if they fail to meet these responsibilities or if they receive multiple customer complaints.

Booking and payment:

Customers can book appointments with professionals through our website using a variety of payment methods. We have partnered with Stripe to securely process all payments, so you can be confident that your financial information is protected. By using our platform's payment processing services, the customer and the professional agree to the terms outlined in the Stripe Connected Agreement.

  • Appointments can be booked by customers through our website, and no booking fee is charged.
  • Payment can be done at the start or after the appointment. The processing fee for the online transactions will be deducted from the service amount.
  • Mollure’s payment options:
    • Online – Direct Payment
      • Debit or Credit card
      • For individual and company client
    • Online – Non-Direct Payment - Optional:
      • Invoice with a due date
      • Only for company client
    • Offline – Direct Payment - Optional:
      • Cash or by card at location
      • For individual and company client
    • Offline – Non-Direct Payment - Optional:
      • Invoice with a due date
      • Only for company client
  • Mollure’s processing fee for the online payments:
    • iDeal:
      • 1% + 0,29 EUR/ transaction
    • Debit &Credit card (MasterCard & VISA, google & apple pay):
      • 0,35 EUR +2,9%/transaction
  • Limited promotion for the first 100 registered professionals for the first 50 transaction with 3 months:
    • iDeal:
      • 1% + 0,29 EUR0,00 EUR/ transaction
  • Professionals must keep their availability calendar up-to-date, to ensure that the customer bookings can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for both parties.
  • If a professional cancels an appointment, they will not be eligible to receive payment for that appointment.
  • If a professional does not show up for an appointment, the professional will not be eligible to receive payment for that appointment.

Changing/rescheduling/cancelling and refund policy:

Customers and Professionals have the ability to change, reschedule or cancel abooking through our website. The following outlines the changing/rescheduling/cancelling and refund policy which is determined by the professionals.

  • Changing a booking:
    • Client can cancel or add service(s) to a booking. However, for cancelling services in a booking, the professional can communicate specific rules in “General Note” in “Professional Template”.
  • Rescheduling a booking:
    • For “Fixed Location”, the client can reschedule a booking to another available date and time at any time, without the professional’s approval. However, the professional can communicate specific rules in “General Note” in “Professional Template”.
    • For “Desired Location”, a rescheduling is requested by the client.
  • Cancelling a booking:
    • Client can cancel at any time. However, the professional can communicate specific rules in “General Note” in “Professional Template
  • If a customer is not satisfied with the services provided by a professional, it is up to the professional to decide whether to provide a refund.

Privacy and Data Protection:

At our online booking platform, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We collect, process, and use your personal data only in compliance with the applicable Dutch and EU data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you register as a professional on our platform, we will collect certain information such as business and contact information. This information is necessary for us to provide you with access to our platform and allow customers to book appointments with you.

We will use your personal data only for the purposes of providing you with access to our platform, processing bookings and payments, and communicating with you. We have partnered with Stripe, a leading provider of payment processing services, to handle the payment process for bookings made through our platform. Your personal data related to payments will be processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy, which you can review at https://stripe.com/en-gb-us/privacy. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of our services.

We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

By using our platform and creating a profile, you are agreeing to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in this section and our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property:

All content, including images, text, graphics, logos, and other material, featured on our online booking platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

As a professional on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use any content you upload to our platform, including but not limited to images and descriptions of your services, for the purpose of promoting your services on our platform and in other marketing materials.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use any content you upload to our platform and that such use will not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use any content you upload to our platform and that such use will not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with any alleged or actual infringement of intellectual property rights by any content you upload to our platform.

Our platform contains content owned by us and our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from us or our licensors.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability:

As a professional using our online booking platform to offer your services, you acknowledge and agree that the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform.

You, as a professional, are solely responsible for any services you provide to customers through our platform, including any harm or injury that may occur as a result of the services you provide. We will not be liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of the services you provide, including any disputes that may arise between you and your customers regarding payment.As a professional, you are responsible for handling the dispute but upon request, we can help you with the communication with Stripe to resolve the dispute.

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

We make no warranty that the platform will meet your requirements, or that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the platform is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. If we make changes to the terms and conditions, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email or by posting a notice on our website.

By continuing to use our platform after any changes to the terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by the modified terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the modified terms and conditions, you should stop using the platform.

We may also make changes to the platform, features, or services provided on the platform at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform, features, or services.

It's important for you to regularly review the terms and conditions to ensure that you understand the terms that apply to your use of our platform.

Governing law and jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

As a professional using our online booking platform to offer your services in the Netherlands, you agree that any claim or dispute you may have against us arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform, or the relationship between us, will be resolved exclusively by a court located in the Netherlands, in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the Netherlands for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
